St Patrick's Day Lucky Mint Smoothie

St Patrick’s Day is around the corner and what better way to celebrate than with this super healthy green peppermint smoothie?

This tasty treat is good enough for any time of the year, obviously. But with it’s bright green colour, I can’t help but feel lucky as I drink it. It’s like having a chug of shamrocks. But don’t do that. The leprechauns would be mad.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of filtered water
- 2 handfuls of organic spinach
- 1 cup frozen mangoes
- 1 banana

Directions:
1. Pop everything in your Vitamix (or other blender)
2. Blend on high for 30-40 seconds.
3. Drink up!
My fav time to drink the juice of the leprechauns is first thing in the morning for an energy boost.
