Recipe: Chocolate PB & Peppermint Ice Cream (vegan!)

This is SO incredibly simple that I decided to add a lot of pictures to this post!

We are OBSESSED with this amazing dessert and have it *almost* every day. You could even do it for breakfast if you wanted!


My oldest - Avery - wanted to make this recipe for his blog, too (Essential Oils Kid). So I'm taking his pics and using them as my own! You'll notice he had Pikachu there to hold his bottle of Peppermint...


Grab yourself a blender or food processor, 3 frozen bananas, cocoa powder, peanut butter, nut milk, and Peppermint essential oil (it seriously makes this ice cream POP!).


Ingredients:

- 3 frozen bananas, chopped

- 3 tbsp nut milk

- 2 tbsp cocoa powder

- 2 tbsp peanut butter

- 1 drop of dōTERRA Peppermint essential oil

Directions:

Pop it all in the food processor and blend, scraping the sides as you go, until smooth! Add a bit of extra nut milk if needed.
