I'm obsessed with pickles. Like, crazy.

I saw these cute little cucumbers at Costco and had this *amazing* idea: LET'S MAKE OUR OWN DILL PICKLES!

So we did. And they are so crunchy. And delish. And EASY PEASY!

Here's what you need:

1 cup raw apple cider vinegar

1 sliced garlic clove

2 drops of dōTERRA Dill essential oil

1 drop of dōTERRA Cumin essential oil (optional if you're not a fan of Cumin)

1 pinch dried Thyme

A couple of pinches of salt

1 wide-mouthed mason jar

6-8 mini cucumbers sliced in half lengthwise

Filtered water

Here's what you do:

1. Put the first 6 ingredients in the mason jar. Close it up then shake well.

2. Open up the mason jar and stick in the mini cucumbers. Pack those sweet little things in there!

3. Add filtered water to the top.

4. Sprinkle a bit of dried thyme to the top as well. Pop it in the fridge overnight and then eat!

We ate these all in one sitting. Well, mostly me.
