Recipe: Tropical Smoothie

On this dreary morning, I decided to think SUMMER and make myself this tropical smoothie. Seriously, it's AMAZING!!
Recipe:
2 cups water
1 cup spinach
1 cup frozen mango
2 bananas
A chunk of cucumber (maybe 3 inches)
2 tbsp hemp hearts
One drop of Peppermint essential oil ---> THIS is what makes it AMAZING
Blend away and drink! Super hydrating, energizing and high vibe food!
